Why Choose This Course
The Project Management and Program Management qualifications are sought after qualifications in the 21st century that students who have completed these qualifications will have a competitive edge over other candidates. Students who complete these courses will develop skills and knowledge to lead the development, implementation and evaluation of a project from start to finish.
Training is delivered in stages which correspond to AQF Levels V-VI. The preferred pathway for a qualification is for students to complete the requirements of the previous level qualification before progressing to the next level – thereby achieving more than one qualification.
Training is delivered in stages which correspond to AQF Levels II, IV, V, and VI. The prefer pathway is for students to complete the various lower level qualifications which culminate in the higher qualification; i.e. Certificate IV before commencing the Diploma. Students who follow this pathway therefore achieve more than one qualification
Applicants without the previous level qualifications will be considered if they have relevant qualifications and/or vocational experience.
We aim to equip our graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge to enable them to successfully satisfy the demands of the workplace.
Delivery and assessment strategies are selected to reflect the nature of the elements and performance criteria of the competency together with the needs and learning style of the participants.Qualifications are delivered over 20 hours per week.
Assessment methodology may include but is not limited to: observation, project/report, case study, role play, exercises, activities; and written/oral tasks including multiple choice, questions and answer, essays, true/false and presentations.
Year 11 or equivalent certificate of senior secondary education.
Recommended English Level: IELTS 5.5 (If the level of English is insufficient, a suitable course can be arranged.)

*Availability depends on enrolments. Where an enrolment is accepted for a particular stream and that stream is discontinued, the student will be offered a place in an alternative stream. If that is not acceptable, the student will receive a refund in respect of studies not yet undertaken.
Don’t miss your intake date. There are 36 teaching weeks per annum divided into 4 terms of 9 weeks each. The academic year begins in late January and ends late November. Primary intakes are at the beginning of each term.

Direct Entry
**Direct Entry into Advanced Diploma of Program Management (BSB61218) is possible if students have the following:
BSB51415 Diploma of Project Management qualification OR
Two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience at a significant level within a project or program environment within an enterprise.
